The session was meant to finish at one. It finished at half past, because we wanted everyone to get to the end, and make the changes right there on the call.
We spent it getting organised with Claude. Everyone built their own interactive task board, with every strategic job in the business in one place and a button on each one that interacts with AI to draft the output or to trigger next steps. The to-do list stops living in your head, on post-its, in your inbox and your notes app - and starts answering back.
Half the bookkeepers in Bookkeeping Industry Survey (still open for responsees by the way) told us time to learn is what stops them using AI more. That’s why we teach it live: you build the thing in the room, alongside other people building theirs, instead of bookmarking another tutorial for a quieter week.
