Q. Do I have to sit crossed legged with my fingers touching?
A. No, you can sit in a chair lie down or even stand up. As long as you are comfortable you're fine.
I am a qualified, experienced Immersive meditation facilitator.
Q. What does that mean?
A. It means you can sit back and let me guide you within. I do all the work. I take you in, drop you off and pick you up.
Q. What do I have to do?
A. Just turn up, close your eyes and breathe I do the rest.
Q. How will I benefit?
A. You will know what it feels like to be in meditation. Once you recognise the feelings you will be able to try other methods and say YES, that's what I'm supposed to do, that's how it feels and even where you may go.
Q. Will I have to participate or share my experiences with the group?
A. No, only my face is visible on the group call, all you have to do is listen, breathe and close your eyes I do the rest. You have total privacy.
Until I was actually shown how to meditate I never really believed that I could meditate, was I even doing it properly? This took all of the bias away and I understood the real benefits of meditation.
Q. Who is this for?
A. Anyone of any age, it's never too late, or too soon to begin. I will provide tips and tricks on getting your body ready to meditate as well as follow on tips.
Meditation is more than you know and certainly not, the exclusive past time that is projected by the media. Anyone can do it and everyone should do it, you don't have to be left behind. All you need to do is listen, breathe and close your eyes, I do the rest.
Q. What will I need to do or bring?
A. An eye mask if you have one, pen and paper, hydration and 90 minutes of your valuable time. This will be precious time well spent.
