A newly refurbished gym studio with state-of-the-art Matrix fitness equipment is now open to our customers at Manchester Science Park 🏋

We're continuing to invest into our existing developments across the regions and are delighted to now be opening this enhanced workout space for our customers in Manchester.

Located at the hub of the campus in Bright Building, the gym will be open every week day from 7am until 6pm. If you're a customer at the Park, simply ask the host team at Bright to set you up with access.

Fast-becoming the city’s biggest business hotspot, at West Village you’ll be surrounded by a huge community of innovators and entrepreneurs, working from our most sustainable redevelopment to date.

It’s a fully electric building featuring solar panels, smart ventilation systems, huge living walls, tonnes of green space and will be operationally net zero carbon. 🌎

NEW MENU// It might be raining all weekend but at experience summer indoors with their divine new seasonally inspired plates.

WHATS NEW:
Experience a re-invented burratini with the addition of peach, almond, blackcurrant leaf and fresh mint, refreshing and light for the upcoming summer season.

If you’ve not tried the Calcio e pepe butter beans make sure to do so, it’s a combo of life’s real pleasures with pecorino cheese, black pepper, roasted leek and black truffle. Nord’s famous Beef Tartare has been given a summer upgrade now served with pickled onion, Parmesan and Wirral watercress.

The main player is the Salt Marsh Lamb Rack with apricot and endive salad, made with fresh ingredients from local suppliers, this one is outstanding. The meat gets its distinct flavour from the unique marsh environment on which the sheep’s graze, bursting with sorrel, sea lavender and thrift in the south of Swansea.

🗞️Levelling up Liverpool… we’re featured in this month’s .interiors mag for our transformation of The Plaza.

Working with we created our first Pioneer workspace in the city, turning an office block into a business destination fostering creativity and community.

Our very interior design whizz Luke Kolbohm states inside that creating a sense of community ‘is integral to the figure of office space’. He points out that when we spoke to our key contacts ‘70% stated that getting embedded within their on-site community was a top priority for their business.’
