Are you ready to reset and spend some time simply moving with your breath? The first Yoga to Unwind class of the new year is this Monday 6 January 7-8pm Didsbury. It’s a lovely space to practice in and teaching this class is always a joy ❣️. Please do join if you’d like to, everyone welcome, no experience necessary. Full info below.
CLASS INFO
The class is vinyasa flow and runs every Monday evening 7pm to 8pm, apart from on the Mondays listed below when there will be no classes:

* Monday 14 April
No experience necessary, everyone is welcome. If you’ve not been and would like to come along please do join a class sometime, you can drop in (and out 😊) anytime. Please bring a mat if you have one, and there are some mats provided if not. Standard price £8, £5 concessions (low or no income). You can just turn up and pay with cash on arrival, or book and pay in advance on the website.

The first few months of the Yoga to Unwind class which I set up at Christ Church in Didsbury/Burnage have gone well with a lovely bunch of people 😊. And it’s thanks to this group that the class can continue long term. Yay 🙌
DECEMBER TO APRIL DATES
The class will run every Monday evening 7 to 8pm apart from the following Mondays on which there will be NO classes:
* Monday 23 December
* Monday 30 December
* Monday 17 February
* Monday 14 April
* Monday 21 April
The class will hopefully continue to grow, and I’ll share the dates from May onwards nearer the time 🤞.

Thankful to be teaching yoga again, and the first Yoga to Unwind class went well on Monday evening with a lovely group. It’s a privilege to share something I’m passionate about and help others to explore their own body’s wisdom. If you’d like to unwind and leave the day behind, why not join the class sometime? And it always amazes me how Mikey cat appears when I’m practicing yoga at home, especially during the super nourishing postures like here in savasana. Cats really know how to unwind 🐾❣️

I’m excited to be starting this new class in the beautiful venue of Christ Church. Yoga to Unwind is every Thursday from 7pm to 8pm beginning 16 September. Christ Church is in Didsbury near Fog Lane Park.
Yoga to unwind is for anyone interested in yoga from beginner to experienced. Reconnect with your breath and body, enhance your wellbeing and ease out your nervous system. Flowing moves will increase your mobility and gently build strength.
