✨ Take initiative, solve problems and keep things running smoothly
✨ Stay organised and think on their feet in a busy environment
✨ Get stuck into everything, from serving coffees to overseeing the soft play
✨ Maintain high standards throughout the centre
✨ Spot the latest children’s trends and turn them into exciting parties and events
✨ Help plan, promote and deliver events from the first idea to the big day
✨ Build strong relationships with local schools, home-education families and the wider community
✨ Be a friendly, reliable “go-to” person for staff and guests
✨ Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
✨ Work flexibly around the needs of the business, including at least one weekend day
✨ Work alongside the wider management team to help Playkidds continue to grow
