Hello and welcome to Ducklings!

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious preschool practitioner to join our team at Ducklings Preschool! We are currently looking for a new team member to join our Blackley, preschool setting!

We have a lovely group of staff, and take a huge amount of pride in our work - which can be seen via our page and website, please check this out if you are interested in learning more about us.

An ideal candidate will
- be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to use your initiative.
- Good communication skills with children support them in their learning and development
-You will be required to help in developing activities that are creative, challenging and in line with the current guidelines
- You must be able to understand and respond to the needs of the children, the parents and staff.
What we're looking for
- Ideally, you would have a Level 3 or above qualification within early years, HOWEVER, we are currently hiring for unqualified practitioners too - as long as you have a passion and care for working in early years, we'd love to hear from you!
- Ideally, you would have some experience as an early years educator (Nursery nurse, preschool practitioner, early years educator etc.)
- Ideally, you have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
Competitive rates of pay, which will be depend on qualifications and experience, which we are open to discussing upon application.

On our nature walk one of the children had a good eye for finding the berries so we collected a bunch to make some natural art!
