🌟 From Nursing to Kneading 🌟

As a former nurse, Michael is turning his passion for baking into a new business venture.

Following a visit to Chandley Ovens and hands-on baking session with our Bakery Specialist, Andrew we baked in both the Compacta Deck Oven and Pico Plus Artisan Oven. Michael was impressed with the bake performance in both models however, decided to invest in 2 x Compacta Pico Plus Artisan Ovens and Low base unit.

The best advice given was “Don’t run before you can walk!” 👣 he left very excited and is looking forward to receiving his ordered Pico Plus Artisan Ovens, Low Base Unit and starting his baking venture. Hopefully, the next step a Compacta Multi Deck Oven in a couple of years.

🥖 A taste of Poland coming to Merseyside! 🇵🇱

We recently welcomed Joanna to Chandley Ovens, who is setting up an exciting new Polish-themed bakery in Merseyside.

During her visit, Joanna put both our Compacta Pico Plus and Compacta Deck Oven through their paces, baking a selection of crusty breads and soft rolls.

The results? 👌
