Hi everyone
For those who come to Parkfit the Saturday classes will now be at 9am and no longer at 6pm. This is so you can really set yourself up for the weekend and feel more vigorous for it. Tuesday and Thursday will still be at 6pm. And finally - all exercise sessions will be no longer than an hour. Give or take a minute or two, the session timings will be (which are inclusive of short rest times) are:
Stretching - 7 mins
Resistance workout with dumbbells - 20 mins
Abdominals - 10 mins
Cardio 20 mins

Yes, it can be tough but timings for all exercises are called out, so everyone follows the same. You can step out (eg stop) and then step in (eg join in again) just following the timing.

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 6pm-7.15pm at Fog Lane Park, Didsbury, Manchester M20 4UP, come in through the Fog Lane/Parrswood Road entrance (opposite Christ Church). I’m there from about 5.45pm
Just 3 rules - no swearing, no blaspheming and only positive language, treating everybody with respect and dignity.
