Semana cuatro and you’ll be pleased to fkn know I’ve only got 5 days left and then I’ll be back in the uk and sad so please let me have this enjoyment while it lasts okay??? This week I am OUT OF OFFICE for the first week off since Christmas + also out of the gym but tbh I am buzzing for a lie down. Swipe to the end to see what poor James has to put up with when I’m more than 3 drinks in me (and yes slide 2 is my soft smile ofc) xoxox

Forget sh****ng yourself in a hyrox and posing half naked (which tbh I am here for) I think we should be all devoting way more attention to the Celine comeback. That is toughness. That is strength. That is not giving up and that is inspiring me like fuuuuuuuck to not be a wetwipe. If Celine can come back from stiff person syndrome and think she’d never sing again to selling out arenas in Paris we can all do tough workouts and stick to our calories for more than 5 mins without complaining about them okay??? xoxox

PLEASE GALS

I don’t care about the angle
I don’t care if you’ve got hairy armpits
I don’t care that you feel you look silly (you don’t)

As your coach I want to help you lift well
With great form
At the right intensity
And in a way that will get you the progress YOU WANT

And I cannot do that without form videos

I am not a coach who only cares about your steps and your macros, k?

I want to teach you to lift better
To build confidence
And I’m really bloody good at it

So good I don’t even need to be stood next to you in the gym. So respectfully… film yourself ❤️‍🔥

And if you’re someone who thinks cameras should be banned in gyms go away because I disagree and as long as you’re respectful of the people around you FILM WHAT YOU LIKE XOXOXOX

Busy mum. Corporate LADY. Solid post injury comeback 🤌🏻

Emma fu***ng grafts and the results have paid off (even with a last min calorie drop that honestly made her want to cry a lil)

Strength is up ✅ Muscle mass is on point ✅ Now she’s into a growth phase and no more dieting until 2027 😍

This is the magic of having a plan
Actioning the plan
And knowing what you’re doing after

16 weeks of fat loss and now she’s settling in for 16-24 weeks of growing so we can layer on even more muscle mass before the next deficit. THIS is what’s gonna take her from mega to EVEN MORE MEGA next year 👀 stay tuned for the updates xoxo
