I’m a firm believer that you can work to have any body shape/type that feels, performs and looks good on you

But Ma’am I firmly believe that we are not all here to be SKINNY

We can be strong
Toned
Authentic
Muscular
Lean
Broad
Curvy

But why is it ONLY skinny that gets a mention?

I’m team healthy and fuelled
And yes leaner
But also muscular
And fit
And confident
- That’s my jam

And from someone who did once fit the mould of “skinny” I can tell you I wasn’t happy and it didn’t taste good.. For me it was body dysmorphia, food fears, constant body checking, never eating out and the fear of weight gain

For you it might be different

But that phrase should have died in the 90s IMO
