Oops! Late again 🫣 It’s Thursday! It’s soup kitchen day at The Halfway House. On today’s menu is Chicken soup with crusty bread. As always the food is free and everyone is welcome. 4pm until 6 x

Thank you as always today Mr Ian Harrison for your amazing donations. We have all our bread and muffins for tomorrow’s soup kitchen and all our spare bread is outside. What a legend!

It has been another brilliant afternoon. Thank you to everyone who came in this heat. Thank you for eating all the sandwiches. Thank you to everyone who makes this possible every week. Hopefully back to normal temperatures next week and hot food!! We love you all x

It’s Thursday! It’s soup kitchen day with a difference . Today we are bringing cold sandwiches to keep you cool. We have ham, smoked ham, chicken and cheese available. You can add your own fillings by choosing lettuce, onions and tomatoes and we have a selection of condiments to add extra flavour! Everyone is welcome. 4pm until 6 x We also have our usual bread to give away.

Thank you so much to Mr Ian Harrison for delivering our breads and all the special extras in this heat. At tomorrow’s soup kitchen we will be serving cold sandwiches, we have ham, smoked ham, chicken and cheese available. We also have a selection of fillings, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onions….. also condiments including mustard, mayo, beetroot, salt and pepper. ☀️

Thank you to everyone who came today. It was quieter than normal as lots of people had been to pay their respects to Barney, but it’s always nice to see our regular faces and some new ones today also! It is definitely chicken curry and rice next week x love you all!

It’s Thursday! It’s soup kitchen day at The Halfway House, Droylsden. On today’s menu is Chicken noodle soup with crusty bread 🥖 Everyone is welcome for a free hot meal. 4pm until 6. (There will be no take out option today as we have ran out of cups but it will be available again from next week.)

Mr Ian Harrison has been with his weekly delivery of all your favourite breads for tomorrows soup kitchen. He has also brought us an amazing crate of apples. 🍎 All our spare bread, apples and potatoes are outside. Thank you Ian x 🙏🏻
