Every year on 26th September, people across Europe celebrate European Day of Languages โ€“ a day dedicated to recognising the incredible diversity of languages around us and the many benefits that language learning can bring.

This yearโ€™s theme, โ€œLanguages Unite!โ€, is one that feels particularly special to us at Kidslingo.

Languages are about so much more than simply learning new words.

Languages connect people. They help us understand one another, celebrate our differences and discover everything we have in common.

Your challenge for today is to greet someone in another language - let us know how you get on!

ยกBienvenidos a Espaรฑa! Today we transformed the hall of into a little bit of Spain as we celebrated with their prep department.

The kids visited ๐Ÿฆla heladerรญa ๐Ÿ› la tienda de recuerdos ๐Ÿฅ•el mercado and then really enjoyed lots of photo opportunities in some traditional putfits ๐Ÿ“ธ lots of lovely cartas postales were sent to their amigos!.๐Ÿ“ฎ

Such an amazing effort made by them all wearing some Spain themed clothing or colour's. We were blown away with their energy and trying out of new language. ยกMuy bien chicos! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Just as with our Infant clubs, our aim is to ensure that our Junior clubs are engaging and enjoyable every week.

Our Junior clubs really help to prepare children for language learning when they move up to secondary school - but it's still lots of fun!

Our sessions include:

๐ŸŒŸgames
๐ŸŒŸteamwork
๐ŸŒŸprops
๐ŸŒŸdancing
๐ŸŒŸfun worksheets
๐ŸŒŸfun, laughter, smiles and little bit of silliness!

The children might be getting a bit older when they reach Juniors but they still value the chance to play and have fun!

It's so important that our clubs are engaging and enjoyable.

Children work hard at school so we want any club that they choose to join in their spare time to be something they really look forward to - and a chance to interact with friends (and make new friends!)

That's why our sessions include:

๐ŸŒŸteamwork
๐ŸŒŸparachutes
๐ŸŒŸprops
๐ŸŒŸgames
๐ŸŒŸdancing
๐ŸŒŸdressing up
๐ŸŒŸfun, laughter, smiles and little bit of sillyness!
