Manchester Cup Champions! 🏆⚽

They’ve done it! A huge congratulations to our brilliant Under 11 football team who are now officially Manchester Cup Winners!

In an unforgettable final on Tuesday 10th June, Team Rack House took on Abbey Hey at Wright Robinson and delivered a stunning performance, securing a 3–1 victory. Every player gave it their all, showing incredible teamwork, focus and resilience right to the final whistle.

Was it the months of training? The team spirit? Or maybe… the Headteacher’s promise of a McDonald’s if they won?! 👀🍟 Either way, the motivation worked—and we couldn’t be prouder!

A huge thank you goes to our fantastic in-school coaches and staff who train, support and transport the children to fixtures week after week. Your commitment behind the scenes makes all the difference. And of course, thank you to our amazing parents for cheering them on every step of the way.

The boys have represented Rack House with pride, sportsmanship and passion. They truly deserve this amazing achievement. What a way to finish the season!

From Wythenshawe to the West End!
Wow! You may remember Zane, who last year wowed audiences as part of the cast of Oliver! at Leeds Playhouse. Well, he's now taking his talent to an even bigger stage—London’s West End! Zane has been chosen to play the young Michael Jackson in MJ the Musical! This is an incredible achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder of him. What an inspiration to our pupils—proof that with dedication and passion, dreams really do come true! Congratulations, Zane! What an amazing journey—well done, Zane!
