⭐️ Our younger babies have been enjoying lots of lovely sensory exploration, using their fingers and feet to make marks and patterns with paint. 🎨👣

We’ve also introduced some early autumn leaves that the children found in the garden, giving them the opportunity to explore the different colours, shapes and textures as the season begins to change. 🍁

Our Rising Threes and Preschool children have been getting creative with clay, making their very own dinosaur footprints.

The children enjoyed pressing the dinosaurs into the clay, looking closely at the different shapes, sizes and patterns they could make. 🦕✨

🌿 Look how big our rhubarb has grown! 🌿

Over the spring and summer, the children have been helping to plant and care for our rhubarb, and it’s been lovely to watch it grow.

This week, they’re going to spend some time with our lovely nursery cook, helping to wash the rhubarb and learning how it can be used to make something delicious.

Together, they’ll be making a yummy rhubarb crumble! 🍎🥣

🌳 🌿 Our Apples children have been making the most of their time outdoors! 🌿🍎

Our toddlers have enjoyed exploring the garden, getting busy with dinosaur play and having lots of fun splashing, pouring and experimenting during water play. 🦕💦

We’ve also been making good use of our outdoor classroom, giving the children even more opportunities to explore and learn in the fresh air.

The children have been helping to care for our plants too, taking turns to water them and learning how we can look after the living things in our environment. 🌱💚
