We are holding our phonic workshop on Wednesday this week. This is a great opportunity to have a look at the reading scheme we follow, understand the different resources that will be sent home to support reading and to ask any questions you may have regarding supporting your child to read.

🇬🇷 Year Six had a fantastic journey through Greece today, exploring its history and vibrant culture! We learned basic Greek words and then had a wonderful time creating a fresh Greek salad and some tzatziki together. What a memorable day of learning and delicious discoveries! We're excited to explore more tomorrow 🇬🇷

🌎 Today is CULTURE DAY! We started the morning with an assembly before heading back to our classes to discover a new country. It was absolutely fantastic to see everyone so excited about exploring different traditions and celebrations. We learned so much and felt so proud of the effort everyone put in! It's inspiring to witness such a generous and collaborative spirit within our community. This special day has truly enriched our understanding and appreciation for the world around us! 🌎

A little reminder, tomorrow is World Book Day. We are looking forward to celebrating "Reading For Pleasure" with the children. Children can come to school in a costume, or wear their PJ's.
