Activities include Music, Movement, Baby Signing, Massage, Baby Music, Light shows, Themed sessions, Water & Messy play, Puppets, Bubbles and literally hundreds of props! I'm Jo and I own Baby Sensory Worcester, Malvern, Pershore and Evesham. Classes are accessible across all of the areas and are suitable for babies from birth through to 13 months. What makes Baby Sensory unique is that every activity has been carefully designed to stimulate your baby's senses and move development and learning forwards and behind every Baby Sensory session, there's an incredibly detailed lesson plan backing up everything your baby touches, sees, hears, smells and feels and benefits from years of research. Baby Sensory provides ideas for creative play, massage, tummy time, movement, visual development, textures, scents, lights and music in simple practical ways that can be easily repeated at home. We also use a combination of original and traditional songs and rhymes to develop early speech and language skills, and sensory signing activities to help you and your baby communicate from birth. 👋 Wave Hello to Josie!

With Baby Sensory classes starting next week, I thought it was the perfect time to properly introduce/reintroduce myself.

I'm Josie, the proud owner and class leader for Baby Sensory Worcester, Malvern, Pershore & Evesham.

I first discovered Baby Sensory as a new mum with my son when he was just 6 weeks old, and it quickly became the highlight of our week. Seeing his little face light up at the music, lights and sensory activities sparked a love for these classes that has now become my career.

Before Baby Sensory, I worked as a Primary School Teacher specialising in Additional Learning Needs, so I'm passionate about giving babies the very best start through play, connection and experiences backed by over 40 years of research.

A few fun facts about me...
✨ My toddler is my official activity tester (paid almost exclusively in biscuits).
✨ I've definitely caught myself singing Baby Sensory songs in the supermarket without my child.
✨ I can fit a surprising ammount of props into my van—it's basically Tetris every week!

My aim is simple: to create a warm, inclusive space where you can make magical memories with your little one, meet other families and enjoy this special season together.

I can't wait to welcome so many new and returning families next week! 💛

Our Autumn Term is fast approaching💛

Whether you’re joining me for your very first Baby Sensory® class or you’re already part of my Baby Sensory family, I wanted to share a few little reminders before we get started.

✨ Your baby doesn’t need to engage for the whole class.
Some days they’ll be fascinated by everything, other days they might need a cuddle, a feed or a little break. Both are completely okay.

✨ You’re never the only one!
Babies need feeding, changing, comforting and settling — that’s all part of coming to class. There’s absolutely no need to apologise or feel like you’re interrupting.

✨ Even a sleepy baby is taking it all in.
Their little brains are still processing the sounds, sights, smells and experiences around them, even if they’re enjoying a snooze!

✨ And most importantly, I get it.
I’m a parent too. I know that babies don’t always follow the plan, and that sometimes you just need someone to say, “Don’t worry, we’ve all been there.”

So please come exactly as you are. You don’t need to have a perfectly happy baby, you don’t need to know what you’re doing, and you certainly don’t need to worry about anyone judging you.

I’m here to support you, have fun with your baby and enjoy this special stage together. 💛

What a term it's been! 💛✨

Looking back at the last few weeks, my heart is so full. From magical light shows and bubbles to splashes, puppets, music, giggles and so many precious firsts, it's been such a joy to watch your little ones grow in confidence and curiosity each week.

Thank you for making every class so special. Whether it was your baby's first smile at a puppet, their first splash, their first wave during *Say Hello to the Sun*, or simply seeing familiar faces each week, these are the moments that make Baby Sensory so magical.

A huge thank you to everyone who has shared photos and memories from the term too – I love looking back at all the fun we've had together.

Here's to another term of sensory adventures, magical moments and making memories together.

✨ Bringing the Baby Sensory magic to your special celebrations! ✨

Last month I had the absolute honour of being invited to celebrate one of my little Baby Sensory stars' Christening, and it was such a special day to be part of.

After chatting with her grown-ups, we created a bespoke animal-themed Baby Sensory session filled with all of her favourite activities from class. Seeing her little face light up throughout the session was absolutely priceless.

We also made sure her big brother could join in, and he was amazing at helping his little sister get into the party spirit! It was so lovely seeing the grown-ups getting involved too—because Baby Sensory magic is even more special when it's shared together.

A huge thank you to this wonderful family for trusting me to be part of such an important milestone. It truly was a privilege to help create those memories. 💛
