What a fantastic first full week back in toddlers!

We enjoyed learning about ourselves and our facial features through exploring the playdough with natural loose parts!☺️ We sang rhymes such as: head, shoulders,knees and toes and if your happy and you know it! 🎼

We explored our book of the month 'The Gruffalo' with our special basket including sensory items from the story such as: puppets, pinecones, sensory bottles and sensory scarves.🐿🍁

We explored the word 'SPLAT' through different sensory experiences such as: foam, paint and gloop! We loved splatting the materials and getting messy!!🎨

Freddy the Fox!🦊🧡

Freddy has his very own special adventure scrapbook📖✨and… he is going to be going home with our children for some exciting adventures!

Each week, one lucky child will get to take Freddy home and enjoy making special memories together🌳whether its’s a trip to the park. a family day out, baking, having a story or simply enjoying everyday family life!🏡

Families will document Freddy’s adventures in his scrapbook with photographs, drawings, little notes to share the memories with their peers.📝

We can’t to see where Freddy’s adventures take him and create a beautiful scrapbook full of memories that we can look back on and treasure!🦊💫

As we come towards the end of our Summer holiday club! Let’s take a recap of all the fun memories we made during Shining Stars Summer Holiday Club 2026!🌸

The children got creative making lots of lovely creations using glitter, paints and tools. We worked as a team to create lots of different models such as: houses, boats and ramps for the bikes. We took trips to the park and to forest school to explore natural things around us!! We’ve been very lucky with the wonderful weather!☀️

We would like to take a minute to thank all parents that have booked with us this holiday club, it has been a pleasure to share these memories with the children and allowing them to build new friendships and rekindle with old friends! 🧑‍🧒‍🧒 We look forward to seeing you in our October Holiday Club!🎃
