Tae Kwon Do means the Art of Foot and Hand. Great Malvern School of Tae Kwon Do teach in the traditional ITF style

using a combination of hand and foot techniques. Tae Kwon Do was developed in the sixth century by the Hwa Rang Youth Group who trained themselves in body and mind in order to defend Korea. The Tenets of Tae Kwon Do are:-
