As we reach the end of another fun-filled term, we would like to say a huge thank you to all of our wonderful MEYC families. 💚
A special thank you also goes to our staff team, who continue to show dedication, patience, creativity, care and endless energy each and every day. It’s the people who make a setting special, and we are incredibly proud of the team that we have here at MEYC. 🌈
A very special mention to our Barn Owls who are leaving us to start their big adventure at school! We are so proud of each and every one of you! Go spread those wings, Barn Owls, your next adventure awaits! 🏫

Wow! Together, we have raised an incredible total of £1657 in our annual Sponsored Toddle!

This is a fantastic amount raised for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) and it will, quite literally, go towards saving young lives.

Sponsored Toddle 2026 🏃🏻‍♂️

On Monday 8th June - Friday 12th June, we will be holding our annual Sponsored Toddle.

Each department has been very creative with their ideas this year to ensure the children have a range of exciting physical challenges with activities ranging from Gymkhanas to Car racing - it’s looking to be quite the fun-filled week!

This year, we are raising funds for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), in memory of Matthew Notley. This is a charity very close to our hearts. All money raised so far for this charity, has led to hundreds of children at The Chase being tested for heart conditions, with many children being identified as needing further investigation, which may otherwise had gone unnoticed. Their goal is to test every child across local schools - let’s help make that happen!

Shortly, each family will receive a sponsor form for their child/ren. We would appreciate if all sponsor forms and monies raised can be returned by the end of the Sponsored Toddle week.
