NEW TO YOGA?

Yoga combines physical effort with mental focus, so over time you can improve your strength, flexibility and mobility — while also learning to quieten the mind.

If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga but would prefer a stronger, more dynamic practice, my Vinyasa Flow classes could be for you. You don’t need lots of yoga experience, but a reasonable level of fitness is helpful.

Classes start next week on Thursday 3 September and each class is 60 minutes.

If you’d like to give it a try, get in touch and book your trial class.

CALMER
Vinyasa yoga is a flowing, dynamic practice, but it can also help to quieten the mind.

When you focus your attention on your body, your movement and your breath, you’re practising mindfulness without even having to think about it. You can build strength and improve mobility and flexibility, while also giving your mind a chance to slow down.

You’ll often leave class feeling a little calmer, more grounded and refreshed.

If you’d like to experience the benefits of a strong yoga practice and be part of a friendly, welcoming yoga community, come along and try a class.

MORE FLEXIBLE • MORE MOBILE
Vinyasa yoga is a flowing sequence of poses, and mobility is an important part of the practice. It helps our bodies move freely and efficiently, while improving our range of movement and flexibility.

Whether you run, go to the gym or play sport, working on your mobility and flexibility can help you move better, improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Yoga is a great addition to your fitness and wellness routine — so if you’d like to give it a try, please get in touch. ☺️
