✨🧠 Happy Healthy Minds Youth Project 🧠✨

We are pleased to be running our second youth project, starting this autumn. We will be running weekly sessions for 11-16 years olds designed to support mental health and wellbeing. Dear England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

I had such a fantastic writing session with my tutor pupils this week, inspired by the recent England game. We looked at various aspects of the match, including the challenging weather conditions, the odds stacked against the team, the impact of the red card, and the strength of the opposition. More importantly, we focused on the power of maintaining a positive mindset, resilience, and the importance of teamwork.

I’d highly recommend watching the game with your little one or rewatching the highlights. The game provided an excellent opportunity for meaningful conversation and learning about such important life skills. It’s essential we encourage children to listen to their inner voice and to be mindful of their thoughts. 🧠✨
