After a couple of years of getting some solid sleep we have had another regression here 🫠 We've hit the 6 year old nightmare and sleepwalking stage 🙈

Scarlett is still my better sleeper of the two as Seth never slept for the first 6 years of his life 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

This summer has been a good reminder of exactly where so many of you are right now on a daily basis dealing with the exhaustion. I've got so used to functioning on a full night's sleep that this has hit me like a spade.

It does pass 💜 Sleep is on your horizon too 💜🙏

We'll get through it together 🫶
