Just like that, it's May again and I can't wait to welcome you back to this beautiful floating studio for SUP Yoga and onto the lake for Intro to Paddleboarding Lessons.

Dates for your diaries:
Sundays 24th May, 28th June, 12th July and 9th August!

SUP Yoga at 12noon and
Intro to SUP at 2pm

All at Leybourne Lake and bookable 14 days in advance via their website:

A belated Merry Christmas everybody! Hope you found some magic, whatever the big day looked like for you.

Mine involved a wonderful (and chilly) paddle with my brother for Boxing Day afternoon, mainly spent getting very excited about the number of kingfisher sightings we had!

Wishing you a very Happy New Year too, hope it's full of adventure, health and happiness ☺️

I felt so sad that the weather forecast was against us for my last scheduled SUP Yoga and Intros at Leybourne yesterday ... And then the forecast changed and it turned out to be a glorious morning! Typical!

So, I headed out early on the river. I saved this little pigeon from drowning (I paddled for 15mins with him/her on my board drying out, found a safe spot at Whatman Park to leave him/her, and was so happy to find him/her able to get up and walk about when I returned 2 hrs later!)

Also had a lovely coffee at the Toll House Cafe with my brother, niece, Nick and Holly before paddling back.

It turned out to be a really lovely Sunday ... But I missed the lake! Hope to be back again soon 🤞🏼

Please join me for my last SUP Yoga of the 2025 season, Sunday 14th Sept, 11am at Leybourne Lake Watersports Centre.

Okay, so the forecast isn't exactly dreamy for Sunday ... but it will still be 19C, the water will feel warm, it looks like it will be dry, and we'll find a sheltered spot out of the wind.

Top tip: A lightweight waterproof jacket goes a long way to reduce any wind chill!
