Good morning,
We hope you have had a lovely weekend 😊
These weeks seem to be going so quickly 😭
We had lots of fun with Apple World where Mandy and friend talked about the secret world of soft fruit.
We tried all different fruits🍓 and then made our very our 'Hunton Juice'.
We were so pleased how many children tried, licked or even handled fruit ❤️🥰
We then planted some wild flowers for the bees 💐
The children have enjoyed roller skating in the garden as well as funky feet and outside activities 😊

This week we will have:
• The climbing frame
• Shop role play 🛒🛍
• Pirates and sea animals 🏴‍☠️🦜☠️🐚🐋🦈🐠
• Letters of the week 'Oo' and 'Pp'
• Monday- Outside activities 🌳
• Fathers day pop up shop- All week
• Friday- Father's Day Café 8.45-9.45am
• Sports Day practice 🏅

🍓🥝🍌Healthy Eating week🍓🥝🍌- We are soo proud of how all the children did this week 👏 🙌 😀 they did amazingly trying new foods and so many children clearing their plates and even going up for seconds!

⭐️A huge thank you to Lesa who shopped for, prepped and cooked over 100 super scrummy meals this week ⭐️

We hope this has given you some new meals to try at home too 😊

The children also enjoyed Victoria's healthy teeth activity 🦷🪥 the children learnt how to do a good job of brushing your teeth, how many times a day, as well as what foods are good for our teeth too🦷

This week, with the help of Kip the bear, we’ve been learning the road safety code. Stop, look, listen, think and hold hands.

We have had great fun we got to watch an interactive video and learnt some new makaton signs before practicing with our friends.
We will continue to put our road safety code into practice when going on walks and adventures in the local area and we hope you do too.

Last week we packed in so much fun, we had our first PE lesson, we talked about differences and similarities with our friends, we did outside activities in the rain 🌧, we talked about feelings, we loved mark making in the garden, we made fruit kebabs and we played ball games in the garden 🥰

• Enjoying Healthy Eating Week where Lesa will be making us all a scrummy lunch

If you are thinking of having a sort out or have friends and family who may have spares or outgrown socks please think of us!

I would just like to say on behalf of myself and the team how proud the children made us today 🥰
Their behaviour and listening skills were amazing and we couldn't have wished for a better day ❤️ We hope the children all had a lovely time and sleep well tonight.....I know the staff will 🤣
Thank you to all those who attended they really were a delight to take.

We had great fun last week getting messy with shaving foam, mark making in the garden with chalk and water (in the rain 🤣), paint rolling and marble painting. As well as fun with instruments and dancing!
