Good evening,
Happy Friday 🥰
How are the weeks going so quickly!!
This week we have been looking at all things Math's with lots of different activities.
The pizza parlour was a HUGE hit and kept the children very busy talking about our favourite topping, smells of our herby playdoh, sharing and cutting pieces off to share with our friends to name a few 🍕
The children loved playing hide and seek and practicing our counting skills as well as looking at shapes and their similarities and differences.
Our outside activities group were looking at weight. Collecting from the orchard and talking about heavier and lighter using our weighing scales ⚖️

Today we had a visit from Nina who popped in to see the children, we were all so pleased to see her, there was lots of cuddles to catch up on ❤️

Next week we will have:
• Library role play 📚
• Pepper Pig small world
• Muddy puddle messy play
• Letter painting 🎨🖌🔡
• Wednesday- Outside activities 🌳🌲
• Thursday- Funky feet with Victoria 🕺💃
• Friday- Cookery club with Lesa making Healthy wraps with a variety of topping to choose from (group 1)

Good evening,
Apologies for the late update 🙈
We had a super busy week last week with the return of Funky feet, outside activities and Cookery club which the children really enjoyed 🥰
We also went for a spontaneous afternoon walk exploring our beautiful surroundings, playing ring games and even had afternoon snack outside too!
We enjoyed exploring our senses with some sensory socks and our feelings box as well as getting messy with paints 😬

This week we have another fun packed week including:
• Pizza parlour role play 🍕
• Trains and track 🚄🚃
• Spinners and wobble boards
• Shape and number hunts ⬛️🔺️🟣💚⭐️🔢
• Outside activities- Tuesday
• Cookery club- Friday (fruit cocktail group 2)

And lots lots more......

Good morning,
We hope you have all had a lovely weekend 😊
Last week we were super busy learning all about our friends with our all about me bags.
We had lots of fun in the garden with the sand and the bikes learning to take turns and share with our friends 🥰
We was very lucky as Lesa brought us the new Gruffalo Granny story which we really enjoyed listening to 📚

This week we will have:
• Monday- Outside activities 🌳🍂
• Police role play 👮‍♀️🚔🚓👮‍♂️
• Barbies and Barbie house 🏠
• Thursday- Funky feet with Victoria 🕺💃
• Friday- Cookery club with Lesa making our own fruit salad and practicing our cutting skills
• Construction role play in the garden 👷‍♂️🏗🚧
• Learning about our body parts 🦶🦵💪👃👂
• Talking about our senses 👂👃👀✋️👅

And much much more......

Good morning,
We are looking for any spare Chinese takeaway containers that our Pre-School families may have at home.

If you have any clean, empty containers with lids that you no longer need, we would be very grateful if you could bring them into Pre-School for our Cookery Club.

They will be put to good use by the children during our cooking activities! 👩‍🍳🧁

Thank you so much for your continued support, it really helps us provide fun and hands-on experiences for the children. ❤️

Good morning,
We had a brilliant first week back, getting back into routine and meeting lots of new friends 🥰
Despite some rain we had great fun in the garden exploring the water tray and clearing up all of the leaves 🍃

There was lots of dinners cooked up in the home corner and the babies were very well looked after ❤️

This week we will be:
• Looking at out 'All about me bags'
• Reading the new Gruffalo Granny story 😬
• Hairdresser's Role play 💇‍♀️🧴
• Making self portraits for our display 😊
• Focussing on embedding our rules and routines
• Making Elmer pictures 🐘
• Small group activities building up friendships 👫👭

And much much more........

We look forward to seeing you all this week 🥰

Dear Parent's and Carer's,
We hope you have all had an amazing summer and we look forward to welcoming everyone back tomorrow 😊

We welcomed lots of new friends at the end of last week who all did amazingly at settling into Pre-School 🥰

• Balance Beams/stepping stones
• Happyland 🏠🚗
• Painting 🖼 🖌🎨
• Getting to know our new friends 👭👬
• Settling back into routine and refreshing on our Pre-School rules

🥰Well what can I say.....what an emotional week it has been 😭🥰 it is with a heavy heart we have to say goodbye to our school leavers!

We are so proud of how far they have come and we just know they are going to do AMAZINGLY at Big School!

❤ It has been an absolute pleasure to be part of each and every journey and we would like to thank you for choosing us to be part of it ❤
