Our Year 4 students recently immersed themselves in learning all about sustainability and the environmental impact humans have on our planet during an incredible visit to Tyland Barn!
The workshops provided by the Kent Wildlife Trust were absolutely packed with fascinating information. From understanding local ecosystems to discovering how we can better protect our spaces, the children came away with some fantastic, practical ideas that they can start implementing right here at school.
We are so proud of how thoughtfully our young environmentalists engaged with these big topics. Watch this space to see our new sustainability ideas in action!

Year 4 PYP Exhibition Highlight! 🦷
Our brilliant Year 4 students took the lead and turned into teachers for a morning last week, guiding their parents through an interactive inquiry into the human digestive system! The room was absolutely buzzing with energy, and it was wonderful to see such incredible engagement from all of our visiting parents.
Thank you to everyone who came out to support our young scientists!

Yesterday, year 4 children welcomed Bethany Golding - a Practice Manager from Senacre Dental Practice. This visit was to talk to the children about oral hygiene, which links to our Science learning this term. Each child was given a goodie bag to practise their oral hygiene at home. Everyone enjoyed learning in this practical way!

Our hearts are officially melting! Today was our annual Easter Bonnet Parade, and we are so incredibly proud of all our little bunnies.
From towering nests and sparkly chicks to some very creative uses of googly eyes, the hard work and imagination put into these bonnets was simply spectacular. A huge thank you to all the parents and carers who helped our mini-creatives bring their visions to life! Have a wonderful Easter holiday everyone.
