Last week, we gathered at The Chequers to celebrate 30 years of the Friends of Laddingford School – only to discover that the story actually goes back an incredible 45 years!

It was wonderful to hear memories of fundraising events through the decades – from pet shows and sports days to afternoon teas, Christmas fairs and so much more.

And what an impact all that hard work has made. Over the last 30 years alone, FLS has raised nearly £145,000, helping to fund wonderful projects, activities and experiences for children at the school. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of FLS over the years, in any capacity, large or small. Every event organised, cake baked, raffle ticket sold, donation made and hour volunteered has contributed to what FLS has achieved.

Here’s to celebrating the many people who have supported our little school over the years – and to the next chapter! 🥂🎈

On the 6th March we sponsored an amazing Science Workshop with Lizzy’s Loonies for the children for Science week, all the children were able to take part and try various experiments which they all really enjoyed!
Thank you to all of those who donate and made this incredible experience possible for our children!
