​Our students took on the legendary Gypsy Tart in the kitchen today. It’s all about that perfect balance: a crisp, buttery pastry shell and that signature light-as-air whipped filling.

​Watching the students master the technique to get those iconic bubbles on top was a highlight of the lesson. Traditional, sweet, and absolutely delicious. Fantastic work, everyone! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

🎄✨ Our students spent today’s session cooking up the most amazing Christmas dinner — and it looks absolutely gorgeous! From festive flavours to teamwork in the kitchen, they truly outdid themselves. So proud of their creativity and christmas spirit! 🍽️🌟
