Wonderful Summit 2026 Season has come to an end!
As we reflect on both Summit North and Summit South, one thing continues to stand out. Too often leadership and entrepreneurship are presented as though everyone is facing the same challenges, asking the same questions and carrying the same responsibilities.
But that’s rarely true.
We’ve become increasingly convinced that builders need different conversations at different stages of the journey. Some are standing at the Trailhead, carrying a new idea and wondering whether they have what it takes to begin. Whilst others are navigating the Ascent, wrestling with growth, leadership, systems, hiring and the weight that comes with momentum. And others find themselves on the Ridgeline, carrying significant responsibility, making complex decisions and stewarding things that impact many others.
None is better than the other, they’re simply upon different terrain.
The vision behind this year’s Summits and the Terrain framework you can watch below was to create spaces where builders could find other builders, have more relevant conversations and realise they are not alone in what they’re carrying.
Throughout both gatherings, one theme seemed to surface again and again, Activated Purpose.
Not simply discovering what we’re called to do, but finding the courage to step into it, to build, to create, to lead, to serve and to take the next faithful step.
Thank you to every contributor, volunteer, partner and delegate who helped make this season so special. And thank you to everyone who continues to believe that when entrepreneurs, creatives, leaders and pioneers are equipped, connected and encouraged, they can help shape a more redemptive future.
