STEPPING STONES SNACK STATION

The children have snack every morning and afternoon. The snack is set out for the children to freely choose what they would like. A variety of fresh fruit is always available alongside a biscuit choice, milk and water.

We hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas and New Year!

Just a quick reminder we are back on Friday the 5th January!

Hello Everyone, We will be closed today due to the severe weather conditions.

The children had great fun in our Tuff tray today!
Starting off with some Halloween fun, followed by some fine motor skills and ending with making our colour monster feeling balloons!

Over the past couple of days we have been making the children’s home learning packs! 📚

My team and I would first off like to say a big Thank-you to all parents and carers for your co-operation in dropping off and picking up your children from the nursery gate and following the governments advice regarding self-isolation.

Secondly, I would like to say a big Well Done to the children.

Thirdly, we will be closing the nursery today (Friday 20th March) until further notice, a week before our scheduled Easter break, following the Governments response to reduce the spread of Covid-19.

I would like to finish off by saying keep safe and if you need any advice or support, we are always here. We will be updating this page with fun activities to try with your children at home and any important updates.

Over the past few weeks, the children have been watching the very small caterpillar's grow and change over time. They were amazed when they turned into beautiful butterfly's just like they do in one of their favourite story's 'The very hungry caterpillar'.
This has been an amazing and exciting experience for both the children and us adults.
