Morgan Drums

Morgan Drums Morgan Drums was founded by Tim Morgan, session musician and drum tutor. Hi! I'm Tim, a drummer who performs and teaches in and around Maidstone.

I've loved playing drums since I was 15, and have been teaching since 2011. Playing with other musicians is something I have always loved, whether in bands, orchestras or just jamming with one of my mates, music is definitely best enjoyed live! I currently play with a local alternative band, Burn Marilyn, and have been in several different bands over the past decade. Since studying at Nexus ICA and developing a more comprehensive understanding of drumming technique and theory, I have found a passion for teaching and enabling people to get the unique sounds and rhythms they hear in their head out of the drum kit. If you're looking to sharpen up technique, prepare for a grade exam, enhance your live playing skills or just wanting to get started with drums, then get in touch, I'd love to help you achieve what you're aiming for! Be sure to follow/like/subscribe to my social media for free tutorials, updates on what I'm practising, and drum covers!
