🧪✨ Welcome Back to School! ✨🧪

What a fantastic first day back! Our pupils have jumped straight into learning with a hands-on Science lesson exploring how to make slime. 🧑‍🔬👩‍🔬

It was wonderful to see everyone getting stuck in, following instructions, making observations and having lots of fun while developing their scientific skills. 🧪💚

What a brilliant way to start the new term — we can’t wait to see what else our pupils discover and achieve! 🌟📚

Our Year 10 students have successfully completed a certificated qualification in First Aid for Catastrophic Bleeding and Tourniquet Application.

Every student passed the course and demonstrated outstanding behaviour, enthusiasm and engagement throughout.

Congratulations to all of our Year 10 students on this fantastic achievement – we are incredibly proud of you!

Fantastic News!

The Maidstone and Malling Alternative Provision is now a Thrive school.

Becoming a Thrive school means taking a consistent, whole-school approach to understanding social and emotional development. Thrive provides a shared framework to understand each child’s development, looking beyond behaviour to what it is communicating, so staff can respond in ways that support development over time.

The ‘whole child’ approach is at the heart of how we work with our children and families at MMAP and we believe that Thrive both complements and strengthens our work.
