Parents sometimes worry that a child who is quiet or unsure might disappear into the background of a group.

In our small RTC Maidstone classes, tutors can see when a student needs another explanation, a different example or simply a little encouragement to have a go. This is also a teaching moment that everyone in the group can benefit from.

Students also discover that other people have questions too. Asking for help becomes a normal part of learning—not something to feel embarrassed about.
