Exercise 3 - Shoulder Taps (45 Seconds x 3)
Exercise 4 - Handstand Hold (30 Seconds x 3)
Exercise 5 - Press Up Hold arm Raise (45 Seconds x 3)
Exercise 6 - DB front Raises (12x3)
Exercise 7 - Left arm Kneeling Kettlebell Press (12 x 3)
Only Equipment Needed will be a kettlebell and Dumbbells

A great snack to have after a workout is Low Fat greek Yoghurt with pieces of Fruit such as Strawberries and Banana's

Lockdown Vol.2
Leg/Glute Workout
1. Dumbbells Lunges (4 x 20)
2. Slam Ball Squats ( 3 x 12)
3. Bar Squats ( 4 x 12)
4. Resistance Band Squat Side Walk ( 4 x 30 seconds)
5. Kettlebell Single leg Deadlift ( 3 x 10 each leg)
6. Lunge into Squat ( 3 x 12)
Rest 45 Seconds in between Sets
Drink Plenty of water aswell
