A huge thank you to Culinera, our brand new catering providers. They have worked all summer to ensure that our brand new Re:Start cafe is open in time for the new academic year. Open to 6th formers in “frees” and independent study sessions, teachers and support staff and serving as one of our new “OPGS perks” for the rest of the school. It is perfect!

GCSE Results Day: Thursday 20th August! We are looking forward to seeing the Class of 2026 but would like to extend the offer of coming into OPGS to discuss a place in the 6th Form to all those who are still considering their options. Our entrance criteria is on our website but staff will be in school on Thursday and Friday to support enrolment. This is an exciting time to be joining the OPGS 6th Form as we continue to invest in our post 16 provision and facilities.

OPGS students and staff are celebrating another fantastic year of A Level Results. It was a wonderful morning celebrating the hard work, determination and achievements of our Year 13 students. We are very proud of every student and the individual journeys that have brought them to this point. From university places to exciting apprenticeships and new opportunities, our students are taking their next steps with confidence and ambition. A huge congratulations to the Class of 2026. You have done yourselves, your families and OPGS proud.

A Level Results Day has come round quickly. Students will be able to collect their results in school from 08:30am. Staff will be on hand to celebrate and support. See you in the main hall! (Please note: if you intend for someone else to collect your results the school must be notified in writing via email to the main office).
