I Have a great PRIZE Giveaway for the Tonbridge Wells taking place 5th-7th July at Dunorlan Park. I will be in the chefs Theatre on Saturday at 12 and would love to see you there. They have a great line up of entertainment over the weekend. To be in a chance to win tickets follow myself and and tag someone in the comments in who you’d like to go with. The tickets will allow to adults and up to 3 children access Friday to Sunday.

Nice little dessert. Milk chocolate & raspberry tart, served with a raspberry & meringue ice cream, chocolate crumble & a raspberry & chocolate tuile.
Pastry has always been a pain to make but ….the last two tarts using recipe has been a game changer! It’ll be that method forever now 🤣

Been getting my Bake On recently. 🍞 Have never done much, and never attempted sourdough. Made a starter and been trying a few recipes with the guides from which are fab.
This is a little hybrid style sourdough sandwich loaf, mainly white with a touch of wholewheat flour.
Fresh Bread smell is just the best when it fills the house 😋

Upped the Banana Bread Game this afternoon with this Banana, Honey, White Chocolate & Walnut loaf. 🍰
Topped with a Honey Icing. Of course used the amazing Acacia as it’s always quite runny. Super Tasty with a cuppa ☕️
