Acorns Childcare is based in Sutton Valence (ME17) in a beautiful location with 3.5 acres of land with a lovely additional bonus of ducks and chickens! Therefore, the children will have ample amounts of space to play and learn. I'm also renovating an outbuilding so they will have their own playroom to have many different types of activities available: such as arts & crafts, messy play, sensory toys and a cosy reading area. My childcare approach is a home from home environment, learning through play with lots of outside experiences. (Wellie boots and raincoats needed!) For children to have fresh air and being creative. A warm and happy place for children to enjoy their childhood while teaching them good manners and everyday life skills. I will only be taking children on for full days as half days could interrupt an outing that was planned, and I would like all children to have opportunities to go out and about to toddler groups, parks, farm trips, libraries and messy play activities. Having been in the childcare industry for 7 years with 5 of those being a private Nanny for multiple families. I have many relevant qualifications and everything Ofsted requires.
