🦖🦕 This morning, we became dinosaur detectives! 🔎

We dug for dinosaur bones, explored fascinating fossils, rescued dinosaurs from the ice, and enjoyed some wonderful dinosaur books! 🦴❄️📚

It was a roarsome morning full of discovery, curiosity, and lots of prehistoric fun! 🦖✨

🚀✨ 3… 2… 1… BLAST OFF! 🌙🪐

This morning, Evergreen Explorers Forest School and Kids Get Crafty joined forces for an out-of-this-world space adventure! 🚀🌌

Our little astronauts got creative and curious as they:
🌰 Created space conkers and comet cones
🌙 Explored moon sand
🪨 Hammered through space rocks to discover hidden space people
🎨 Made their very own space crafts
🚀 And finished the session with a big “Zoom Zoom Zoom, We’re Flying to the Moon!”🌙

So much messy, hands-on fun, creativity and learning - we think our little explorers are ready for their next mission! 👩‍🚀👨‍🚀✨

🍂✨ Celebrating the Autumn Equinox! ✨🍂

This morning, Evergreen Explorers Forest School and Mini Nature Artists teamed up to celebrate the Autumn Equinox - our favourite season! 🍁🤎

We embraced all things autumn with spice paints and nature prints, created magical autumn potions, threaded beautiful leaves, and explored pine cones, crunchy leaves, conkers and bark in our sensory tray. 🌿🍂

A big thank you to for their generous donation of flowers. 💐 Our potion-making station and mud kitchen were very popular, with lots of busy toddlers mixing, stirring, pouring and brewing up their own autumnal flower creations! 🧪✨

What a wonderful morning of seasonal sensory play, creativity and outdoor exploration. 🍁🌳

Today, Spider-Man came to the forest to celebrate a very special birthday! 🕷️🕸️🎉

We had the most action-packed day filled with science experiments, Play-Doh fun, superhero mask-making, and creating our very own clay spiders. 🧪🎨🕷️

Then we gathered around the campfire to enjoy delicious hot dogs and gooey s’mores. 🌭🔥

A super special birthday adventure full of creativity, laughter, and superhero magic! ❤️🦸‍♂️

🏴‍☠️ Ahoy, mateys! This morning, the pirates landed! ⚓️🏴‍☠️

We explored pirate treasure maps, dug and hammered for hidden treasure, crafted and painted our very own pirate ships, and filled our bellies by cooking hearty hot dogs and delicious s’mores over the campfire! 🔥🌭

What a swashbuckling adventure! 🗺️💰⛵️

🌿♻️ Celebrating Zero Waste Week! ♻️🌿

This morning, our toddlers got hands-on with sustainability as we explored all things zero waste!

♻️ We sorted recycling into plastic, paper and glass
📚 Read books about recycling and reducing waste
🫧 Made our very own plastic-free slime
🌿 Created magical potions using herbs from Andrea’s garden
🔥 And finished our session gathered around the campfire, cooking delicious honey porridge using zero-waste ingredients!

Our porridge included wonderful local Maidenhead honey from Cooper's Honey & Bees and Overherd oat drink powder. 🍯🥣

It was a morning full of messy play, nature, learning and lots of little conversations about how we can all help look after our planet. 🌎💚

🌿🐄 Our first session in the lower woodland classroom!🐑🌼

This morning’s theme was ‘on the farm’, and what a lovely first session in our new woodland area! 🌳✨

The children:
📚 Read books about farm animals
🐄 Explored our new woodland area and discovered all the soft toy farm animals
🎨 Painted their own farm animals
🌸 Played with Play-Doh and flowers from Little Wren Flower Farm
🔥 Enjoyed toasting waffles over the campfire! 🧇

It was wonderful to see everyone exploring, playing and enjoying our new woodland space. We can’t wait for many more adventures here! 🌿💚
