Beginners SUP Yoga Course
Paddle – Balance – Stretch

This 4 week course focuses on improving your paddling skills, movement on the board and introduces you to SUP Yoga. Each week will progress your skills in a fun and relaxed environment.

Join us on Wednesday evenings 17:30 – 19:00 for 4 weeks,

Wednesday 29th September

Price: £120 for the 4 week course. This price includes your board and paddle hire.

This is Rachel, she is one of our new instructors.
She ran a kayak and canoe rescue course for the rest of the staff yesterday. she will be teaching a lot of our kayaking and canoeing courses this year.

Rachel has been paddling since she was 12 and coaching for 6 years so she has a lot of experience. Her love of kayaking has meant she has worked abroad doing a season in Greece but he favourite place to paddle is the river Dee in Llangollen.
If you fancy learning to kayak we have plenty of courses coming up including

BC Paddle Award Discover Kayak – 1st + 3rd May, 14:00 – 17:00, £159 per person

BC Paddle Award Start, Kayak and Canoe – 2nd May, 13:00 – 16:00, £89 per person

We also hire out sit in kayaks,
