Don't be afraid to change your mind to something better... Originally the kitchen in Postmaster's Cottage was going to be Dove Grey. But we developed the PO Flat first and the Slate Grey kitchen in the flat looked so good, that we took a vote and decided to tweak the colour before we signed of the order to Howdens.

We're always being told to post more photos, so here's a beautiful period commercial conversion, We did in 2023. It changed from offices into a 2 bed apartment, with stunning roof terrace 😊

I love working with our tenants (both Commercial & Resi) to make sure they have the best experience possible. It's a Win : Win for everyone.

Converting Office to Resi ?

What do you do with the stuff that gets left behind when you complete the purchase ?
We bought this Office to convert into residential and in the old kitchen was a Fridge, Microwave and Kettle (all in working order and PAT tested)
We've built a relationship with our local homeless charity (who help the homeless move off the streets and into flats.) These people have nothing and really appreciate donations to help them start a new life. Lamp shades, dressing kit and other "left overs" can really make a difference to them and help create new homes.

Don't forget to look under the carpets !

This 1960's flat had a beautiful wood Parquet floor which had been covered up with carpets when the fashions changed.
But like many fashions, they often come back in vogue 😊

Don't forget about life style photos, we live in the social media age of selling/letting properties. These photos help to create a cosy & positive atmosphere 🙂
