✨ Becoming You: Well & Glow Retreat 25’ ✅✨

My heart is so full… this weekend I stepped back into being a true Glow Guide 🌟 and hosted my SOLD OUT (guys 🥹 thank you) Becoming You Well & Glow Retreat in Cornwall!

What a gift it was to hold space for joy, play, happiness and self-discovery – and to witness such beautiful souls leaning into it all. We laughed, we giggled, we juggled, we danced, we tapped, we cried and we truly became a village and I am SO proud of you all 🥹

This retreat was so much more than a “comeback”… it was a reminder of who I’m becoming, and the magic that happens when we gather with open hearts and dreams!

To my amazing support team & facilitators– .degreesc (our incredible chef), our play & juggle facilitator and mindful washer, my bestie for being my rock, for embarking wisdom for EFT and supporting the village and for capturing the professional shots (coming soon)📸 – I couldn’t have done this without you all!

Thank you for showing up so fully and helping me bring my ‘Well & Glow’ vision to life and shining bright with the tools & skills you offered 😘

And to our village who captured these moments for me to share – your belief in me and this journey means everything and more - thank you! 🥲❤️

I’m so excited for this new chapter in my life and to keep spreading more glow, more joy, more play… and to keep creating spaces where we can all remember the light within us and that inner child who’s waiting to play🌿✨

This is just a snapshot of what was the most incredible experience to witness and to lead on! I cannot wait to dive back into planning my next one and hope some of you sign up to join us!!! This weekend was so epic! 😍

✨️Allow me to introduce myself✨️

Hi friends and welcome to my page.

If you have recently stumbled across my page and connected, welcome, I hope my content and words connect and support you in some way. If you’ve been here longer, I’m so grateful you’re part of my online community.

I thought I’d reintroduce myself, after taking a mini hiatus of sharing my words and content on the grid:

✨Born, raised and currently live in The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, Berkshire

✨Pronouns she/her

✨ I’m 30 years young ( the biggest kid you’ll probably ever meet 😉)

✨ A Capricorn - the personality of being hardworking, loyal, the one that everyone can count on and disciplined are some.

✨I started this account in 2017 to share my journey of becoming a yoga teacher & share my patient advocacy work.

✨ I’ve been teaching yoga for 7 years now ( but have had a personal practice since I was 13 years old, when I began yoga as part of my cardiac rehabilitation journey).

✨ Born with a rare complex congenital heart disease condition ( Pulmonary atresia with VSD closure and MAPCAS) & have had open heart surgeries that kept the fizz alive.I continue to recieve lifelong follow up from my specialist care team but I live life to the full 😁

✨The purpose of my work is to inspire and educate my students and patients with a heart-led wellbeing and lifestyle medicine approach, of supporting you on your wellbeing journey.

✨ Since my first yoga training in London in 2017, I have further completed trainings to deliver: Yoga for Cardiac Conditions & Rehabilitation, Yoga for Cancer, Yoga for Sleep recovery & insomnia, Yoga for Sports, Breathwork and Meditation, Tranformation Meditation Teacher, Restorative Yin and Ayurvedic Yoga + many other small CPD training days.

✨ I have also facilitated various yoga retreats and teach at various festivals- Which I can’t wait to do more of soon!! As teaching big crowds makes me feel SO alive 😘

✨ I believe our darkest and most challenging times are often the times that force us to step into all we came here to be and all we have yet to become.

✨️SO FULL OF LOVE & SO FULL OF LIFE 🥰 - I've stepped back into my power..thanks to ⚡️

Hey team!! Before I begin to share the most magical weekend I've just had !!! (Expect lots of posts and reels!!!!🤩)

I just wanted to also say - sometimes it's ok to take time away from sharing posts about what you do and offer to the world and to fully be in it - doing it, rather than posting it. Embodying the power of those moments of teaching, serving & connecting and doing the work away from socials. That's the true heart- led wellbeing practice that I so believe in. The magic of sharing this work to the wider world 🌎 is such a privildge and I feel honoured to have served the Ohshala family fully from the core of my being this past week ❤️🥰 From set up, show time and pack up! Thankyou , and Team! You are LEGENDS!!!

Being the Family & Kids Coordinator alongside the incredible KATIE was a dream come true! I'm so honoured to have run such a beautiful, happy 😊 space with our beautiful Family & Kids Team (reel coming soon) 🤩

4. Found some wings 🧚🏼‍♀️ and tried to fly 😍
5. Having my pal come hang out with me with her little fam! Honoured to be Auntie to her little man now 🥲!! (P.s. do follow her - she's amazing!)
6. Annual ritual doing my 🌟 henna.

Here she is - doing her thing! Doing what she's loved doing for the past 7.5 years!! 😁 And I hope you lovely souls can step back onto the mat with me again soon 💙! As I finally start to see all the progress from my hard work & resilience of side hustling my yoga teaching career & private health coaching like mad, whilst I work full time within the NHS also.

For many of my regulars who have been with me for a little while, will know that I had to give up my full time yoga teacher/ wellness coach career, whilst I openly took on the role to be a carer for my family for a while. Which also meant I had to give up most of my timetabled permanent classes, in London, Berkshire, Online & beyond...!

After a turbulent 20 months of healing from loss, grief, workplace bullying, PTSD and childhood trauma! I've worked SO hard to learn the new me, the new Fizz - the post traumatic growth Fizz ✨️ she's a dime that's for sure ✨️💜😘 and I am genuinely feeling her right at my core and in my bones!

The rebirth 🔥 of Fizz is here and I'm SO ready to continue to make an impact with all my expertise and knowledge! Because I've got a sh*t tonne of that!!!

As Steve Jobs once said " The ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones that do."

I may just have one public class right now- but I'm determined to make an impact in the lives that step onto the mat in front of me! 😊🙏🏼
