We're delighted to share a first look at our artist impressions of our nursery that will be reopening on our Junior School campus in September 2026.

As part of a £1.5 million investment across Claires Court, we're creating a beautiful new environment where our youngest learners can explore, grow and flourish. From thoughtfully designed indoor learning spaces to beautiful outdoor areas, every detail has been carefully planned to support children's curiosity.

Relocating our nursery to the Junior School campus will also provide an even smoother transition into Reception, helping children become familiar with their surroundings and feel confident as they begin their educational journey.

We can't wait to welcome families into our new homely setting very soon.

Come and see it for yourself at our next Open Event: https://www.clairescourt.com/calendar/2026-09-19/claires-court-open-morning/

Flashback to Friday morning when our year 12 RS students enjoyed a thought-provoking visit to St Luke's Church, where they met Reverend Canon Terrie Robinson to discuss the role of women in the Church. Terrie was the Anglican Communion’s Director for Women in Church and Society. They explored contemporary debates surrounding women's ministry and considered how the use of gender-specific language for God shapes Christian belief, worship, and ideas about equality.

A fantastic opportunity to bring classroom learning to life through engaging discussion and real-world perspectives.

It was a spectacular evening at our Senior Girls Sports Awards on Monday! Families gathered for a sun-drenched BBQ before we celebrated a year of incredible sporting success.

Thank you to past pupil and Team GB Hockey star Ellie Rayer for returning as our guest speaker—her journey from Claires Court to Olympic bronze was truly inspiring for us all!

Congratulations to all our winners and all our new Colours recipients. Here's to another year of sporting excellence! You can see more photos of the evening here: https://bit.ly/4b8hXH2

From forest floor to Friday feast!

Our Year 6s wrapped up their final Forest School session at Claires Court Juniors in the tastiest way possible. This term, they’ve been working hard in teams—collecting wood, splitting firewood, and whittling their very own cooking utensils.

It all culminated on Friday when they built their own fires and cooked up an absolute storm! On the menu: bacon, sausages, and eggs, followed by the ultimate camp tradition... s'mores!

What a way to finish the term! Swipe to see our mini chefs in action. 👉

Incredible Results at Itchenor Schools Week!

Our Claires Court sailors have just returned from one of the UK’s longest-running and most prestigious school sailing regattas, and we couldn't be prouder! Competing in a massive 70-boat Firefly fleet at the Itchenor Sailing Club, our four teams faced off against some of the strongest sailing schools in the country.

Here are the highlights from a phenomenal week on the water:

Top 10 Finish: Sam B and Victoria J sailed a spectacular regatta to finish 8th overall! What makes this even more impressive? They were racing in one of the oldest boats in the fleet with significantly older sails than their top-10 competitors.

University Recognition: Huge congratulations to Sam, who has attracted interest from the University of East Anglia for a sailing scholarship based on his recent racing success. A massive endorsement of his dedication!

Silverware Sorted: Henry A and Monty M brought home the Middle Boat Trophy, finishing exactly mid-fleet at 35th after a highly competitive week of determination.

Fantastic Growth: Haydn S and Isaac J showed brilliant resilience, recovering from tough early races to finish 47th. Felix R and Jacob S wrapped up the event in 65th place—gaining invaluable national-level experience for the future.

Beyond the scoreboard, our students represented Claires Court with outstanding maturity, camaraderie, and resilience. Thank you to coaches Sammy, Sophie and everyone who makes our sailing programme possible.

On to the next one!

Yesterday our Juniors Sports Day took place and our pupils enjoyed themselves thoroughly in the sunshine.

Throughout the entire event, we saw incredible teamwork, endless cheering, and fantastic smiles.

Thank you to all the parents, teachers, and volunteers who cheered from the sidelines and made it happen. Same time next year?
