Heroes Farm

Heroes Farm Heroes Farm is a working agricultural farm in Maidenhead, built around animal care, respect for the land, and everyday farm life.

We are a small animal farm where young people who are struggling in main stream education attend and get involved in all aspects of the farm work, working along side all our animals big and small. Young people can also engage with art and crafts, photography, and during the course of the day they cover other subjects that naturally arise through working on the farm. They learn how to work in teams, follow through on projects, work independently, patience, empathy, and many other soft skills that are needed to thrive in the workplace and in the community

The days are getting shorter, the mornings are feeling cooler, and our pigs are making the most of every muddy moment! There’s nothing quite like an autumn day spent rooting, exploring and enjoying the changing season.
