We have just finished our first tour for prospective parents of pupils starting school in September 2025. Our Junior Leaders led some of the session today following feedback from parents last year. They certainly made us feel proud of how they spoke about the school and their confidence to speak in front of an audience.

Such lovely feedback from a current EYFS parent after they attended our EYFS Phonics Workshop yesterday:

"Wessex is an engaging and lovely school. They focus on both being caring and the curriculum. The children are happy and confident after being in their class for a term. They are also learning at a great pace having already learnt 16 phonics letters. The teachers are so supportive and kind."

Our School Street has made the local BBC news.
We're so pleased that the vast majority of people welcomed the use of the restrictions during drop off and pick up.
