Happy Earth Day 🌏
Infinite
The earth has a heartbeat and
sometimes in the stillness of nature
I can feel it as I lay my cheek on
a grandmother oak or walk
barefoot in a field.
Connected to the infinite energy
of source, grounded by the earth
and the alchemy of the elements,
a profound stillness drops in
Just silence, fully present.
No busy thoughts, no messy mind,
just peace, my heart beats with
the earth and my breath creates
union with mind, I’m body and soul as our
light codes are activated by the sun.
Bluebell bathing, the perfect start to the day and the birdsong was just gorgeous.
Nature is the cure.

✨ Call of the Drum is a new monthly shamanic drumming circle, beginning Tuesday 3 February, 7.30-8.30 at Marlow Bottom Hall.
This is a gentle, welcoming space to gather in community, to slow your nervous system, to set intention, and to listen not just with your ears, but with your whole body.
For our first two circles, I’ll be joined by the wonderful , whose trauma-informed, intuitive approach weaves sound, breath, energy and deep presence into truly supportive, nourishing spaces.
No drumming experience is needed.
Just bring a drum or rattle… and yourself, exactly as you are.
