Hamilton Dance A well established dance and theatre school offering an extensive timetable of classes to children and adults. Dance, and Musical Theatre in Maghull.

Our school holds classes in St George's URC Hall complex in Maghull throughout the week and on Saturdays. Classes in Dance - Ballet, Modern, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Street, Commercial, Jazz and Tap and Musical Theatre for Girls, Boys and Adults. Hamilton Dance offers a high standard of training to children and young adults in dance and performing arts. Our classes are small and friendly and we off

er excellent discount schemes as a way of encouraging our members to become actively involved in as many classes as they wish. Principal Anneliese Hamilton-Stevens is one of Liverpool’s most experienced dance teachers, holding the ISTD Fellowship qualification in Modern and Tap and the RAD Teacher’s Certificate in Ballet. She oversees her team of highly qualified professional teachers who offer nearly 200 pupils the chance to learn in a fun, safe environment whilst maintaining the high standards set by the school.

💕New starters are welcome to join us until the end of September, making it the perfect time to give dance a try. We offer a 4-week trial, giving your child the opportunity to experience our classes before committing to the term.

We're excited to be bringing back our Summer Dance Days this August! 💗🖤

📅 Thursday 13th August 2026
📅 Thursday 27th August 2026
🕤 9:30am – 4:00pm
👯 Year 3+ (ages 7–18)

A full day of dance including Ballet, Modern, Tap, Lyrical, Commercial, Musical Theatre and more!
💗 £50 per dancer, per day
💗 10% sibling discount

Dancers from all schools are welcome (with permission from their dance teacher).

The workshops will run subject to sufficient interest, so please register by Monday 27th July.

From little girls in black and pink,
To confident young women in the blink
Of what has somehow felt so few,
The years have simply flown for you.

Within St. George’s week by week,
You found much more than dance technique.
You found a place where you belonged,
Where friendships grew and hearts grew strong.

With every class and every show,
We watched your confidence steadily grow.
Through laughter, challenges, smiles and tears,
You’ve filled our school with wonderful years.

You learned that hard work brings reward,
That kindness matters even more.
That every stumble, every fall,
Can help you stand a little taller after all.

Some of you will dance on still,
Chasing dreams with strength and skill.
Others now will choose a different way,
Beginning brand new dreams today.

Whatever path your future brings,

School Office Closure 📆
A quick reminder that the school office will be closed from Tuesday 21st July for the summer break. ☀️
While the office is closed, we’ll be checking in periodically to catch up on emails and respond to any new enquiries.
The office will reopen on Wednesday 26th August and we look forward to welcoming everyone back for the new school year on Monday 7th September.

As we bring this year to a close, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the highlights, the lessons learned, and the incredible students, teachers and families who made it all possible.
Thank you to everyone who trusted us, supported us and shared the 2025/26 academic year with us.

All trial details will be sent out on Friday 24th April and will commence from NEXT WEEK (commencing Monday 27th April) .
Please note that trial places will be allocated based on availability within each class. Some classes are already at full capacity, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer trial spots in those sessions.
