💚 Today we launch our ‘Feeling Anxious’ mental health campaign on Su***de Prevention Day.

As part of our commitment to staff wellbeing, we are providing all our staff with Minding Your Head information on understanding anxiety, recognising how it can affect us, and practical things we can do to support our mental wellbeing.

We are proud to use the Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing approach, encouraging everyone to Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give.

We are incredibly proud to be a Take 5 employer and to continue making mental health and wellbeing a priority across our organisation. 💚
