❤️⭐️❤️⭐️❤️⭐️

The end of a chapter: today is my last day teaching independently as Robyn Stewart School of Speech and Drama. I am so proud of how for I have came in the last few years. I started with teaching three pupils in my living room, and very quickly my numbers increased to the point I had to rent a room every Saturday. I started this school and finished my diploma alongside my final year of University (never one to make life easy for myself and a Biology degree and S+D don't exactly go hand in hand). I have taught some of the most incredible children over the past few years (most of which are coming to Aspire with me, thank goodness). The best feeling in the world is watching a child proudly walk out of their exam after months of building their confidence and communication skills. I have also been completely blessed by the supportive parents that I have had the pleasure of dealing with (especially when one brings you coffee to feed your caffeine addiction every single week, I couldn't get through class without you 😉).

Although this is the end of one chapter, it is the beginning of another very exciting one. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me this far. Now to get through the exams next weekend and I can relax for a wee while!

The final Aspire teacher to be introduced probably needs no introduction, but we thought we'd introduce her anyway!

🎭Mrs Shelagh O'Brien🎭

⭐️Has taught English, Drama and Speech and Drama for more years than she cares to calculate!
⭐️Has produced many school musicals and has the distinction of having taken her school's production of Oliver! to the Grand Opera House, Belfast - the first school in NI to do so!
⭐️Examiner for New Era for many years.
⭐️Recently appointed as Chief Examiner of New Era (we'll keep well in with her! 😜) Trains teachers and examiners across NI and the rest of the UK as part of this role.
⭐️Holds the record for entering the highest number of Diploma candidates across NI and the rest of the U.K.- her most recent success this week - her Diploma candidate achieved 97%!
⭐️Has taught most of the Speech and Drama teachers in the Mid-Ulster area.
⭐️Latest and most cherished role... Nana to baby Tara!

🎭Miss Robyn Stewart🎭

⭐️Has successfully run her own Speech and Drama school for five years.
⭐️Has entered over 100 pupils for New Era Academy exams with 100% pass rate.
⭐️Fully qualified Biology teacher (so will be our resident expert on intercostal diaphragmatic breathing!) I feel a Masterclass coming on...!
⭐️Has taught in two of NI's top Grammar Schools.
⭐️Has the ANEA Public Speaking Diploma and is currently adding to her collection of Diplomas!

✨✨When you're going to work with some of the most talented ladies in the business... Meet Claire, one of the amazing ladies behind Aspire! ✨✨

We would like to introduce each of the teachers at Aspire and tell you a little bit about them!

First up... the mysterious [email protected]!

🎭Mrs Claire Murray (O'Brien) 🎭

⭐️ Has taught Speech and Drama for 12 years with 100% pass rate.
⭐️Fully qualified and experienced English and Drama teacher in one of NI's top Grammar Schools.
⭐️Recently graduated with a Masters in Education (Distinction).
⭐️Examiner for New Era for over five years.
⭐️Holds the record for the most number of Speech and Drama exams completed in one year when she was 15 years old...hitting the total of 16! (Where's the number for Childline?! 😂)
⭐️Has tread the boards in many productions over the years.
⭐️Has five Speech and Drama diplomas: LNEA, ANEA (Public Speaking), ANEA (Acting), Guildhall Verse Speaking and Guildhall Communication.

Miss Annie McGill preparing today for her Grade 1 Public Speaking exam in two weeks. She is giving a very passionate and well written speech all about her home town. 🏡

✨I have been so nervous and excited for today to finally announce that as of September 2017 I will be working within the Aspire team! I am truly honoured to be asked to work alongside three amazingly talented, hardworking and lovely ladies. We are so excited to get started and to create something truly amazing!

I had such an amazing response today from all my current parents, it made my heart so happy! ✨

Aspire, run by Claire Murray and Mrs Shelagh O'Brien is joining forces with the Aisling O'Brien School of Speech and Drama and the Robyn Stewart School of Speech and Drama!
