In light of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, IACD and the organizing team in Georgia have made the decision to postpone the until 3-5 October 2022. The conference will still take place completely virtually, and all registrations and accepted abstracts will be honored.

The refugee support pack contains a range of symbol-supported communication charts and resources that can be used to help refugees convey health information, urgent needs and requirements.

The pack provides refugees with the essential language required to allow them to communicate at a basic level whilst also telling their story.

The pack is currently available in Ukrainian, Russian, English, Romanian, Czech and Latvian.

We would really like to work with translators from other countries to produce these resources to support all refugees fleeing their homes.
