📢 Limited Pre-Pre spaces now available for 2026/27!

Our hugely successful Naíscoil Bheag programme is now enrolling for the incoming year.

Operating four mornings per week, families can choose the number of days that best suits their child’s needs.

Naíscoil Bheag is completely separate from our main Naíscoil programme, with its own room and dedicated staff. It is specially adapted for younger children, offering a nurturing, play-based and immersive Irish-language environment where they can acquire an additional language naturally and effortlessly. 💚

The programme lays the foundations for early bilingualism and the many cognitive and developmental benefits it brings. 🌱

📅 Particularly suitable for children born between 2 July 2023 and 1 July 2024.

Every day at Naíscoil Mhachaire Rátha is lán le craic — busy, happy, and packed with all sorts of fun ways to learn through play 🌈

When we asked to help us capture the croí of who we are, we could never have imagined just how beautifully she’d bring it all to life 📸✨ The spraoi, the smiles, the little everyday moments ... it’s all there, exactly as it feels.

We’ve only just started looking through the photos, but already we’re so excited to share more with you soon 💛

𝐀 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠

We had a lovely morning learning about eggs. The children explored them first - shaking them, guessing what was inside, and chatting about the shell.
Then came the big crack, with plenty of excitement and a few “ewws” as they felt the slimy texture. Afterwards, we whisked everything together and made scrambled eggs.

✨A simple, sensory activity and a very tasty morning at the Naíscoil.✨
