Y Diwlith Codi'r tô/ Raise the roof Playgroup through the medium of Welsh. Cylch meithrin trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg. Y Diwlith was the first Welsh playgroup in Maesteg founded in 1948.

It attracts children from the Llynfi and the Afon Valleys. Y Diwlith gives children the opportunity to learn through the medium of Welsh with the majority of these children coming from English speaking families.
