Our kitchen dances have become one of our favourite parts of the day 🤍
They can turn tears into giggles, help us reset after a difficult moment and somehow make everything feel a little lighter.
And dancing isn't just fun. It also supports:
✨ emotional regulation
✨ coordination and balance
✨ body awareness
✨ language development through songs and repetition
✨ connection and bonding
Plus it's a pretty good energy burner too 👀
Sometimes the best activities aren't the elaborate ones. Sometimes it's just turning on your favourite song and being silly together.
It also reminds me that just because I have a little one now doesn't mean life has to be so serious!!

GOSH I feel tired. I'm not gonna lie my body is exhausted. I feel like my brain hasn't shut off in months! Then I realised that's being a mum. Trying to move house, launch a business, raise a baby, be a good wife, stay in contact with friends, complete my course, eat 2 meals a day (come on now lunch never happens 😂) and ensure I'm bright and peppy for my girl.
The Baby Social Club has been a dream of mine for a long time, and it's FINALLY starting to take shape 🥺
I cannot wait to bring you safe, fun and science led classes. Informative and needed workshops with local experts and meet ups cos let's be real the coffee/tea/energy drink is needed 😂

My daughter has just turned 1 and has had a bedtime story read to her every single night. Which means she has had over 397 bedtime stories read to her. That's not including the books we read during the day. Some nights we even squeeze in two stories before bed.
Reading to your child is one of the best ways to support language development, communication skills and a love of books from an early age.
But for me, it's about more than that. It's the cuddles, the routine, the connection, the few minutes in the day where everything slows down.
In the UK, according to the less than half of parents with children aged 0–5 read with their child every day. One story a day might not feel like much, but those little moments soon add up 💜

Parents today are expected to do the job of an entire village... often with no village at all.
If you're exhausted, overwhelmed or touched out, it might not be a personal failing.
It might just be modern parenthood.
That's exactly why I created The Baby Social Club — a space where babies can develop, parents can connect, and nobody has to do it alone. 💜
You can make anything sound dodgy if you word it correctly 😂

I am a faceless business.
What does that mean?
It means I will never post images of your child’s face on my social media or website. I don’t share my own daughter’s face online, and in today’s world I personally feel it’s no longer safe to do so. Recent news stories have been deeply worrying, and with the rapid development of AI, I’m simply not willing to take any risks. It would break me if images from my business were ever misused.
To protect your little ones, I’ve made the decision that their faces will remain offline.
However, if you tag me in your stories, I will always share them — I just won’t directly post your child’s face on our own pages.
